A clear starting point for your character commission. We’ll agree on the details of your piece before work begins.
Requests, pricing & payment
Submitting the form does not require payment or guarantee a commission slot. I review the full request and confirm the scope, price, and estimated turnaround before payment. Listed prices and estimator totals are starting points; complexity, armor, clothing, anatomy, props, effects, background detail, revisions, and deadlines can increase the final quote. Once we agree on the quote, payment is due in full before I begin.
Revisions
Two revision rounds are included during the sketch stage. Minor color and detail corrections are included during rendering. Major changes after sketch approval may incur an additional fee.
Turnaround & deadlines
Turnaround depends on my current queue and the complexity of the piece. I give you an estimate before payment. Hard deadlines must be discussed before payment and may require a rush fee.
Cancellations & refunds
If a commission is cancelled after work has begun, any refund depends on how much work has already been completed. Completed and delivered commissions are non-refundable.
Usage
Personal-use commissions are for your personal use only. Commercial use must be discussed and purchased separately. Do not claim the artwork as your own, resell it, use it for merchandise without commercial rights, mint it as an NFT, or use it to train or develop AI systems.
Posting & privacy
Unless you request privacy in the form, I may display the finished artwork in my portfolio or on social media. I’m happy to delay posting for gifts, reveals, campaigns, or other planned dates. A privacy surcharge may apply if I cannot post the artwork publicly; we’ll discuss this with the quote.
Style & references
You are commissioning my art style. I follow references and requested details closely, but the final piece reflects my normal rendering and design choices. Let me know which references are strict, which are inspiration, and which contain outdated details.
What I draw
I generally accept humanoids, fantasy races, anthro and furry characters, creatures and monsters, armor, weapons, romance, suggestive content, and adult NSFW. Please ask first about explicit NSFW, fetish content, body horror, especially unusual anatomy, highly complex mechanical or mecha designs, real-person likenesses, or anything difficult to categorize. Approval is case-by-case.
What I won’t draw
I will not draw sexual content involving minors or characters of ambiguous age; non-consensual sexual content or sexual violence; sexual content involving real animals; extreme gore; hateful, discriminatory, or harassing propaganda; or NSFW depictions of real people. I may also decline anything I’m personally uncomfortable accepting. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Adult NSFW
NSFW commissions are accepted at my discretion and generally carry a +150% to +250%+ surcharge, depending on content and complexity. Describe what you want before payment. Accepting one type of NSFW request does not mean I accept all NSFW content.
Delivery
Final artwork is delivered as a full-resolution PNG through an uncompressed download link. Transparent versions are provided when applicable. Layered or source files are not included unless specifically agreed upon.
